About TagMyCar
Your car. Your connection.
TagMyCar is a smart QR sticker for your car. Place it inside your windshield, and anyone who needs to reach you — about a blocked car, a tight parking spot, a hazard, or anything else — can simply scan it with their phone camera and contact you. No app download for the person scanning, no sign-up, and no awkward search for the owner.
The idea is simple: keep you reachable without publicly displaying your personal phone number. When someone scans your QR, they land on your personal TagMyCar page, where they can reach you by call, WhatsApp, or a private message — whichever you have enabled. Your number stays hidden the entire time.
The problem we solve
Every day, across India's housing societies, office basements, malls, and busy streets, cars get blocked, parking spots get tight, and owners are nowhere to be found. People resort to honking, hunting for security guards, or leaving paper notes on windshields. It is stressful, slow, and often pointless. TagMyCar replaces all of that with a single scan: the owner is one tap away, and the problem is resolved in minutes instead of hours.
Who is TagMyCar for?
TagMyCar is for every car owner in India who has ever been tracked down because their car was blocking someone, or who has spent time trying to find another owner. It is for people who park in apartment societies, office complexes, and crowded market lanes. It is for parents, professionals, and daily commuters — and for anyone who values their privacy and their time. If you have a car and a phone, TagMyCar works for you.
Why privacy-first contact matters
Sharing your phone number publicly — on a paper note, a dashboard card, or a social group — invites spam, unwanted calls, and even misuse. TagMyCar keeps your number private. People who scan your QR can reach you, but they never see your actual number unless you choose to share it. You stay in control, and your personal information stays yours.
