We collect the information you provide when you register, such as your phone number and display name, and the details of the cards (vehicles) you create. We also store private messages sent through a card so the owner can read them.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the service — connecting people who scan a QR with the card owner, processing payments, and showing you activity and order history. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Cashfree. We do not store your full card or banking details; Cashfree handles payment information securely on their PCI-compliant infrastructure.
4. Data sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run TagMyCar (such as payment processors and delivery partners), and only to the extent needed to provide the service.
5. Data retention & deletion
We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can delete a card at any time, which removes its associated scans and messages. To delete your account and all related data, contact support@tagmycar.in.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time in accordance with applicable law.
