1. What we ship
We ship the premium TagMyCar windshield sticker to addresses across India. Smart QR activation is digital and delivered instantly — it does not require shipping.
2. Processing
Sticker orders are processed and dispatched within a few days of successful payment confirmation. You can see the current status of your order from your dashboard.
3. Tracking
When your sticker order is confirmed, a Tracking ID (for example, TMC-XXXX) is generated. You can view your order status, Tracking ID and shipping address anytime from the orders section of your dashboard.
4. Delivery time
Delivery time depends on your location and generally takes a few days after dispatch. Your Tracking ID lets you follow the order along the way.
5. Delivery address
Please make sure the full name, address, city, state, pincode and phone number you provide are accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If your order is returned because of an incorrect address, contact us and we will help you get it delivered.
6. Want it instantly?
If you don't want to wait for delivery, you can download a free print-at-home PDF of your QR as soon as your registration is activated, and print it at home or at any local shop.
