1. Overview
TagMyCar provides a QR-based contact solution that lets people reach a vehicle owner (via call, WhatsApp or private message) without revealing the owner's phone number. By creating an account or registering a card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account and contact details accurate, and for all activity that happens under your account. You must not misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
3. Payments
Card registration and optional sticker orders are paid services. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree. All fees are non-refundable once a service has been activated, except where required by applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to harass, spam or mislead anyone who contacts you through TagMyCar, and not to share content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes on the rights of others.
5. Limitation of liability
TagMyCar is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed communications.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TagMyCar after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
